Membership is Non-Refundable: By clicking the link above, you agree to the cost of membership. The membership is non-refundable. If we decide that your case is a pre-existing case, you may be required to pay an additional fee, which will be determined by the A.P.E. staff upon review of your case. A new member must have paid $2750 in monthly membership not to be considered pre-existing. If we feel you are not being forthcoming concerning prior situations before joining A.P.E. and are rude to staff members, your membership will be revoked without a refund.
